Product Description

Bag filters are a type of multi-purpose filter with a novel structure, compact size, simple and flexible operation, energy efficiency, high efficiency, sealed operation, and strong adaptability.  Inside the filter, a support cage holds the filter bag in place. Liquid flows in through the inlet, is filtered by the filter bag, and then flows out. Impurities are trapped within the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced or cleaned and reused.

 

Filters are classified into two types based on the number of filter bags: single-bag type and multi-bag type.

The following will provide you with a detailed introduction to these three types of filters.

I. Flat Cover Stainless Steel Filter
Structural Features: The top cover has a completely flat structure; Simple processing and compact structure.
Product Advantages: Simple structure and relatively low cost; Easy installation and disassembly; Regular shape, convenient for equipment integration.
Applicable Conditions: Low-pressure or normal-pressure systems; Stable flow rate with no significant pressure pulsation; General liquid filtration, water treatment, and simple industrial filtration.
Typical Applications:  Water treatment, circulating water systems, low-pressure pipeline filtration.
 
II.  Concave Cover Stainless Steel Filter
Structural Features: The top cover is inwardly concave; Forms a certain arched stress structure.
Product Advantages: Better pressure resistance than flat cover filters; More even stress distribution, less prone to deformation; The overall height is controllable while ensuring strength.
Applicable Conditions: Medium-pressure conditions; Systems with certain pressure fluctuations or flow rate changes; Filtration systems with higher safety requirements.
Typical Applications: Chemical liquid filtration, industrial circulation systems, oil filtration.

III. Turtle Back Cover Stainless Steel Filter

Structural Features: The top cover has a distinctly convex (arched) shape; Similar to a pressure vessel structure.
Product Advantages: Strongest pressure resistance;Outstanding resistance to impact and pressure fluctuations;  Less prone to fatigue or deformation during long-term high-pressure operation; High safety factor and long service life.

Stainless Steel Filter Inlet & Outlet Connection Types

The function of a magnetic rod:

1. Removal of ferromagnetic impurities: magnetic rods efficiently adsorb magnetic metallic impurities in liquids or slurries.
 
2.Improved overall filtration efficiency: magnetic rods, combined with traditional physical filtration (filter screens, filter cartridges), form a dual filtration mechanism.
 
3. Protection of downstream equipment: effectively reduces the entry of magnetic impurities into critical equipment such as pumps, valves, nozzles, and heat exchangers.
