The steps for bonding the ultrasonic vibrating screen frame:
1. Clean the mesh rack and use a clean soft cloth dipped in acetone to wipe the bonding surface;
2. Lay the mesh ring flat on a clean table, place the screen to be installed on the mesh ring, and lock the clamp so that the screen mesh is stretched flatly on the mesh ring;
3. Support the mesh frame in a suspended position;
4. Mix the KD-504A two-in-one glue thoroughly and Uniform and continuous smear on  the grid.
5.
