Screen Tensiometer
1.The tension meter has been calibrated to zero before leaving the factory, and users should not adjust it by themselves.
2.Reading method: The reading of the second rotation of the tensiometer pointer is accurate (and the mesh next to the tension meter should be lightly slid).

Commonly used mesh maximum bearing tension
The data in the table was tested based on Swiss medium and thick yarn, specifically tension is relatedto the quality of mesh stretching machine, with good quality mesh stretching machine,the mesh yarn can reach the highest tension and not broken. However, if the mesh yarn is beyond the maximum withstand tension, its easily broken. Please kindly refer to below data:

Reading display mode: the first reading of the tensiometer reading pointer is incorrect, the second reading of the tensiometer rotation is normal, and the net yarn beside the tensiometer must be shaken.
Feature:
1.This product is a portable, compact, mechanical tension measuring device for accurate and consistent measurement of all screen printing fabrics in Newtons per centimeter (N/cm).
2.It consists of a shock-resistant measuring base with a precision mechanical dial indicator. it works on the principle of force deflection; the unique design of the meters 3-point measuring base permits accurate measurement on the screen (polyester, nylon or wire), independent of the
screen frame or stretching device.
3.Substantial improvement in tension measuring methods as compared to touch control, gauging by percentage of fabric elongation, and air pressure values.
4.Accurate tension measurements will improve registration and reduce rejects, resulting in increased productivity.
5.Reproducible and uniform tension measurement, screen after screen.
Tensiometer Accessories
Note: The tension of the mesh is N/cm, which means how much tension the mesh has in the width per cm (usually expressed in N-Newton or Kg-kg, 1 kg = 9.8 Newton).So Newton shows that the tension meter has The actual number of tensions.
Measurement Methods And Steps
Zero Adjustment
Remove the tensiometer from the box, place it on the glass calibration block, and then turn the fixing screw counterclockwise to allow the zeroing dial to rotate. Rotate the zero plate to zero and confirm.
Measuring
Flip mesh and place it horizontally (PCB contact side up) place the tensiometer at the four corners and center of the screen, check the tension value at each point, and record the minimum value. Check whether the screen tension test value is within the allowable range,if the measured value does not meet the standard, please feedback to the engineer forprocessing.
After the measurement, put the tensiometer back into the box in time,and then put it back on the knife holder.
