Remarks: The flow rate refers to the filtration flow rate per hour of pure water with a
viscosity of 1 through the filter bag at a normal temperature of 25°C.
1. PP: Polypropylene (referred to as PP)
Alias: polypropylene oil agent; polypropylene fiber; polypropylene FDY; polypropylene filament FDY;
polypropylene staple fiber; polypropylene staple fiber; polypropylene staple fiber,
density(0.9g/mLat25ºC),Melting point:189ºC.
Solubility: soluble in methyl formamide, thiocyanate has no resistance to aromatic hydrocarbon
(benzene) solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbon (carbon tetrachloride) solutions, avoid strong
oxidants,chlorine, potassium permanganate. Use temperature: less than 90 ºCUse acid-base PH value: 1-13
2. PE: Poly(ethylene)
The specific gravity is 1.38g/cm3, the melting point is 256ºC, and the operating temperature is
130ºC-150ºC.
Polyester has excellent electrical insulation, good wear resistance, high strength, and good thermal stability.
Operating temperature: less than 150 ºC. Use PH value: 5-8.
3. PET: poly(ethylene terephthalate
Pet 1.68g/cm3, Melting point:250-255ºC
The dielectric properties are average and will be affected by hydrolysis.
Creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance, dimensional stability are all very good,
organic solvent resistance, good weather resistance PET fiber is stable to weak acids and weak bases, and will decompose under the action of strong acids, strong bases and steam. It will dissolve in some more corrosive organic solvents such as mixed solvents of phenol, o-chlorophenol, m-cresol and trifluoroacetic acid.
Operating temperature: less than 180ºC
4. PTFE:
It is a polymer compound formed by polymerization of tetrafluoro-Z ene. Melting point:327°C,
density: 2.1-2.3 g/cm3;
Polytetrafluoroethylene (F4, PTFE) has a series of excellent performance: high temperature
resistance-long-term use temperature of 200~260 degrees, low temperature resistance-still soft
at -100 degrees; corrosion resistance-resistance to aqua regia and all organic solvents; Weather
resistance-the best aging life in plastics; high lubrication-the smallest coefficient of friction (0.04) in plastics; non-stickiness-the smallest surface tension in solid materials without adhesion of any
substances; non-toxic and physiologically inert Excellent electrical properties, it is an ideal C-level
insulating material.
A thick layer of newspaper can block the high voltage of 1500V; it is smoother than ice.
PH value: 1-14.
5. (Stainless steel)
304 Stainless steel
06Cr19Ni10, SUS304, density 7.93 g/cm, operating temperature -196ºC~800ºC,rust reason: a. Chloride
ions, including salt/sweat/sweat/sea breeze/soil, avoidance measures: wipe frequently, Remove
dust and keep it clean and dry. b. Solution treatment. c, intergranular corrosion.
316L Stainless steel 022Cr17Ni 12Mo2, sus 316, AISI 316L, add Mo (2 ~ 3%), excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent creep resistance, 316L stainless steel is also resistant to corrosion by the ocean and corrosive industrial atmosphere. In intermittent use below 1600 degrees and continuous use below 700 degrees.

HOW TO CHOOSE FILTER BAG MATERIAL ACCORDING TO PH VALUE
PH Value Definition:
The hydrogen ion concentration index (PH) refers to the ratio of the total number of hydrogen ions in the solution to the total amount of substances. A value indicating the degree of acidity or alkalinity of a solution, that is, the negative value of the common logarithm of the concentration of hydrogen ions contained. pH=-1g[H ]
Acid Judgment:
At 25°C
Neutral solution, pH=7
Acidic aqueous solution, c (H ) >c (OH ), pH<7, the smaller the pH value, the stronger the acidity;
Alkaline aqueous solution, c (H ) <c (OH ), pH>7, the greater the pH value, the stronger the alkalinity.
In neutral solution at 100°C, pH=6
PH VALUE AND CONCENTRATION
Definition of concentrated acid:
Concentrated sulfuric acid, the mass fraction exceeds 70%, and the substance concentration is 18mol/L.
Concentrated hydrochloric acid, the mass fraction exceeds 37%, and the substance concentration is 12mol/L.
Nitric acid, the mass fraction exceeds 65%, the substance concentration is 8mol/L
PH represents acidity and alkalinity:
The acidity and alkalinity that can be expressed by PH, the concentration should be less than 1mol/L, when the concentration is 1mol/L, if it is acidic, the PH value is 0, if it is alkaline, the PH value is 14.
Concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, and concentrated hydrochloric acid can not use the PH value to indicate that the mass fraction of dilute sulfuric acid is less than 4.5% can be used to indicate the PH value. When the mass fraction is 4.5%, the concentration is 1mol/L and the PH value is 0.
Dilute hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of less than 9% can be expressed by PH value. When the mass fraction is 9%, the concentration is 1mol/L and the PH value is 0.
Dilute nitric acid with a mass fraction of less than 9% can be expressed by PH value. When the mass fraction is 9%, the concentration is 1mo1/L, and the PH PHI value is 0.
