Product Description

The filter housing features an optional davit arm for quick and easy opening of the cover. Made of stable stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance against a wide range of liquids. Its reliable and robust construction is suitable for high-flow filtration systems, while the compact housing design minimizes liquid loss. High-strength M16-M24 lifting rings guarantee tight sealing and safe operation.

The spring-loaded design applies constant pressure to hold the filter bags firmly in place, ensuring reliable sealing and stable filtration performance.
 

Internal Thread Connection: Compact structure, easy installation, suitable for medium and low pressure, small diameter filtration systems.
External Thread Connection: Flexible connection, high installation efficiency, can be directly connected to internal threaded pipe fittings or equipment.
Flange Connection: High connection strength, reliable sealing performance, suitable for medium and high pressure, high flow conditions, easy to disassemble and maintain
Tri-Clamp Connection: Quick assembly and disassembly, reliable sealing, high hygiene level, easy to clean, meeting the hygiene and cleanliness requirements of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
Our filters are made of carefully selected stainless steel and feature a fish-scale welding process, resulting in fine and smooth welds that enhance overall sealing and durability, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
 

The function of a magnetic rod:
1. Removal of ferromagnetic impurities: magnetic rods efficiently adsorb magnetic metallic impurities in liquids or slurries.
2.Improved overall filtration efficiency: magnetic rods, combined with traditional physical filtration (filter screens, filter cartridges), form a dual filtration mechanism.
3. Protection of downstream equipment: effectively reduces the entry of magnetic impurities into critical equipment such as pumps, valves, nozzles, and heat exchangers.
