FILTER BAG MATERIAL INTRODUCTION
1.Polypropylene (referred to as PP)
Alias: polypropylene oil agent; polypropylene fiber; polypropylene FDY; polypropylene filament FDY;
polypropylene staple fiber; polypropylene staple fiber; polypropylene staple fiber,density(0.9g/mLat25ºC),Melting point:189ºC.
Solubility: soluble in methyl formamide, thiocyanate has no resistance to aromatic hydrocarbon(benzene) solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbon (carbon tetrachloride) solutions, avoid strong oxidants,chlorine, potassium permanganate.
Use temperature: less than 90 ºC
Use acid-base PH value: 1-13.
2.Poly(ethylene)
The specific gravity is 1.38g/cm3, the melting point is 256ºC, and the operating temperature is
130ºC-150ºC.
Polyester has excellent electrical insulation, good wear resistance, high strength, and good thermal stability.
Operating temperature: less than 150 ºC.
Use PH value: 5-8.
3.Nylon
Polyamide fiber is commonly known as nylon (Nylon), the English name is Polyamide (PA), and its density is 1.15 g/cm3; it is a general term for thermoplastic resins containing repeating amide groups -[NHCO]-- on the molecular backbone. Including aliphatic PA, aliphatic-aromatic PA and
aromatic PA.
Nylon has excellent toughness, self-lubricity, wear resistance and chemical resistance Academic properties, gas permeability, and oil resi stance, non-toxic and easy to color, etc.
Advantages: Long-term use temperature: less than 80 °C of organic acids with different concentrations,Alkali or salt can cause the swelling, dissolution or hydrolysis of PA.

FILTER BAG RING CLASSIFICATION
The material of the filter bag ring mouth is PP, PE, PET, PTFE, stainless steel (304,306L), spring steel, plain steel + galvanized, seven types of materials!
1. Cosmic Circle
Dimensions: outer diameter ¢117, inner diameter ¢86, height 27.5 Uses: the cosmic circle is mainly used in electroplating and circuit industries.
2. Flat Ring
There are three types of flat ring: 105mm, 150mm and 180mm.
3. Up Ring
There are 155mm and 200mm types for the upper circle.
4. Stainless Steel Ring
The most common sealing structure on the market, the steel ring wire diameter is ¢2.75, and the appearance looks similar, it is very difficult to measure accurately. It is recommended to send samples to the factory for testing and confirmation.
5. Galvanized Ring
The most common sealing structure in the market, the diameter of steel ring wire is ¢2.75, the outer diameter looks similar, it is very difficult to measure accurately, it is recommended to send samples to the factory for testing and confirmation. The coating thickness of the steel buckle is 20 microns, which is 200% thicker than other competitors' products. Laboratory tests show that our galvanized steel ring will not rust when immersed in tap water for twelve months.
6. Spring Ring
It is a sealed structure adopted by PARKER, with a wall thickness of 0.3mm and a height of 19mm. The outer diameter is very difficult to measure accurately. It is recommended to send samples to the factory for testing and confirmation.
7.Varus Ring
The inner ring uses a filter with an inner diameter of 183mm. The outer diameter of the inner ring is between 182.5-182.8mm. The ring and the filter are in clearance fit to achieve the best sealing performance. The inversion ring has a high temperature of 180mm and when the ordinary inversion ring is under pressure, the elastic edge of the inversion ring will automatically flip up, and the top cover is tightly ironed to form a perfect leak-free seal.
8.Fversion Ring
Eversion ring is also called F ring. Eversion ring has 1 05mm, 1 80mm, 220mm ordinary ring and 180mm high temperature ring.
